    4. Interested on how to save money on ice bags?

    - Buy a new or used chest freezer on Facebook marketplace or a site similar and you can buy one from $50 depending on condition. Customers are also buying second hand or new commercial ice makers as another option or buying a hydroponic/aqua chillers. You could also buy a 24 pack of large bottle water and refreeze each time.

    - Use old Ice cream containers or purchase good quality plastic containers from a store like Kmart, Target or cheap stores and fill containers with water and use as block ice. (Old plastic takeaway containers not recommended as they are brittle and will only get a couple uses)

    - To get the portable ice bath a lot cooler customers are only filling the portable ice baths just under half way with water and then adding 5-8 bags approximately of party ice or 10-14 plastic containers of block ice approximately that they have frozen to save on buying bags of ice. (Size of plastic containers vary but the 10-14 plastic containers mentioned are 2.5 liters) To get it even colder customers are then adding 2kg approximately of pool salt to the water. (You can buy 20kg bags of pool salt to get a better price) The customers are then waiting for the water to cool for about 40 - 60 mins before getting into the portable ice bath. The above times varies depending on the climate and season you live in. Also you will get better results if it's in the shade and out of direct sunlight. If you want to get the portable ice bath even cooler than add more ice. There is some trial and error at first to get the best water to ice ratio for best desired results.

    - Use a thermometer before entering.
